Returns policy

At Foodsavers, we are committed to your satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy to make your shopping experience worry-free.

Return Eligibility:

  • Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.

  • To be eligible for a return, you must provide a valid purchase slip or invoice.

  • Products must be in their original condition and packaging, unopened, and unused.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Products with a broken seal or packaging.

  • Items that are not in their original condition or have been used.

Return Process:

  1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, along with a copy of the valid purchase slip or invoice.

  2. Bring the item with the store and ask for the manager on duty. 

  3. The manager will check the product to ensure it is in their original condition and has not been used.

  4. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and an immediate cash refund will be provided.
